The accounting system in Cavanti has an 'invoice message' feature that can be used for exactly this purpose. You can add payment instructions and other info to the message, and it will appear automatically on all invoices generated in the system.
The invoice message can accessed on the web app by navigating to settings> other settings> accounting.
