Android has a 'feature' we struggle with whereby it creates a backup copy of your data on the device, then if you delete and re-install an app, the device uses its backup copy of the data to repopulate the app, rather than using the data we have sitting on the server for it. This means that if there is a data glitch, it will be re-installed from the device when you reinstall the app.
To get around this helpful android feature, you will need to delete Cavanti, then navigate to your devices settings menu, select 'accounts and backup' > 'backup and restore' and deselect 'automatic restore'. Once this feature is disabled, you can reinstall the Cavanti app and have it successfully use the data from your account rather than the backup.
