The Covid 19 pandemic is taking a heavy toll on many of our clients, who typically work in an environment that routinely has a lot of contact with others. We are doing what we can to support people who have seen an abrupt downturn in their businesses. If you need help maintaining your account while you are unable to work, you have a couple of options
  • Downgrade you plan without penalty. To do this, log onto the web based app, click on 'my account' on the left of the page, then click 'change plan'. Downgrades take effect on your next renewal date.


  • You can also unsubscribe for 3 months without losing any data. As long as you resubscribe in under 90 days, all your data will be preserved for you.To unsubscribe, log onto the web based app, click on 'my account' on the left side of the page, then click 'cancel plan'. When you are ready to resubscribe, log onto the web based app, and click 'subscribe' on the lockout page. The system will walk you through selecting a plan and credit card details, then restore your account with all your data.
